I picked the right ramen shop in the museum. It hit all the right spots and the ramen is thick, perfectly cooked, and chewy texture that I couldn’t get enough of. The broth was tasty and flavorful. A dollop of spicy garlic miso paste was heavenly.

Every trip I take to Japan isn't complete without stopping at the Ramen Museum, and for no other reason to eat at Ryu Shanghai. The most perfectly balanced bowls of ramen I've ever had.
