I am a person who loves soy sauce ramen. I often use Kohnan in Tanashi for work, but when I decided to open a new restaurant and eat at Izohachi, I asked for ramen without expecting (sorry). already! I couldn't help but groan at the deliciousness that far exceeds the ramen I've eaten so far! I ate it with four of my work colleagues, but everyone was absorbed in eating and finished the soup. I've been there dozens of times since then, but it's a pity that the chashu has changed slightly from when it opened, but it's delicious every time. For me, it's number one!
