Really delicious Mom & Pop ramen shop. I highly recommend the spicy ramen.

It's a shame because I have so many holidays, but it's the most delicious ramen I've ever eaten! When you come to Hibari, please come and try Oban first.It's really delicious and gentle, it's the best! If it's closed when I go, I'll be less excited for the day.

Cash payment only. It was impressive that it was quite crowded with families with children, and it seems to be loved by the locals. The ramen was also delicious.
