I don't know much about popular ramen For me who is not good at Jiro lineage or family lineage I like the simple and delicious ramen of this shop the most! Because it is a shop where many families come to visit Even two women can go without hesitation ( ˶˙ᵕ˙˶ )︎︎ I always have pork noodles. When I ate about half of it, I recently learned that the taste changed when I added pepper. lol I wonder if I can go once a month or not I spend my days looking forward to the day I can go! If there is a piece of char siu, I will definitely buy it and take it home. I'm happy to be able to eat crunchy ramen's char siu at home (*^_^*)♪ It's going to be a competition, but that's also one of the fun! Currently, it seems that only counter seats are open! According to my parents, it used to be run by a father and son, but I think it's because the son is running the business alone these days. I know it's hard, but I will continue to attend! (^-^)

20230916 I had heard that it was a one-off procedure, but I didn't expect to have to wait an hour... It was my favorite ramen shop, but since I came by train and bus, I had to wait an hour to get there. Looking at the line, more than 10 people gave up and went home, so I think it would be profitable to open up the table seats by hiring part-time workers on Saturdays alone. But, I wonder if anyone works part-time only on Saturdays... I came here for the first time in about two years, and it was definitely delicious♪ 20211120 First visit in a while. I've been coming here since 1989, 32 years. For the first time, I learned that it was possible to use more green onions, so I asked for more. It's now beyond the realm of having too many, and there's one in there. That's what it feels like. There was so much green onion that it even changed the taste of the soup. Personally, I like regular green onions.
