Basokiya, a yakisoba specialty store in Asaka City Crispy! Mochi! Crispy! You can enjoy delicious yakisoba with an addictive texture. Basokiya is a store that operates mainly in Fukuoka Prefecture, but the Asaka store seems to be the only one in the Kanto region. Also, when you read the store name backwards, it has the playful feel of a specialty store, which is a bit interesting. Their signature dish, yakisoba, uses homemade noodles that are once boiled and then grilled, allowing you to enjoy both the crispy texture of grilling and the chewy texture of the noodles at the same time. This, combined with the crunchy texture of the bean sprouts, gives it a unique taste. It's delicious on its own, but you can add toppings of egg yolk, spicy sesame, and plum to your liking. This time, I chose only ``egg yolk'', but the restaurant's recommendation seems to be ``spicy egg (egg yolk + spicy sesame seeds)'', so I'd like to try that next time. The gyoza in the set was delicious, with crispy skin and plenty of chives inside. It's so addictive that you want to eat it regularly. Thank you for the meal.

I was imagining normal yakisoba, but I was disappointed in a good way. The noodles were grilled so some parts were crispy and delicious.

This was my first time here and I bought some spicy yakisoba to take out. I liked the storefront and name. When I got home and ate it, I loved it more than I imagined. I've eaten many different types of yakisoba and it was delicious. Next time I'll come eat with my family!
