Simply tasty!! I had the tsukemen with the pork + fish broth. Very nice flavor rolls in your mouth. I asked for the noodles al dente, they were nice and chewy, a nice mochi texture. I wish I lived closer to this place!!

(postscript) I received Tsukemen on my second visit. The dipping sauce has a fairly strong flavor. The amount of noodles for Tsukemen is free of charge. Personally, I prefer dried sardines ramen. I had the dried sardine ramen. It was very delicious with just the right balance of the aroma of the dried sardines and the flavor of the pork. It goes great with thin noodles and chopped onions.
