This time, I ordered the noodles to be hard, the taste to be normal, and the oil to be normal. Is the lunch service 11:00 to 17:00? It seems like. Water is self-service. Paper aprons were also installed at the counter. The noodles seemed to be on the small side, and the rice (medium) was just right. The toppings were three pieces of seaweed, spinach (I felt like it wasn't much), one piece of chashu, and green onion. Although the soup was made from pork bones, it had a refreshing, mild flavor and was delicious. I felt that the overall balance, including the rice, was good. There are various seasonings on the table, so I think you can enjoy different flavors. I tried adding sesame seeds and it tasted good. It was delicious. This is my second visit. This time I visited because I wanted to try Kiwami Chicken. However, I accidentally bought Kiwami Miso for 850 yen at the ticket vending machine (the button was next to me). Because the store was crowded and it was a one-off operation, I waited for about 15 minutes before the Kiwami Miso arrived. It was served with lemon. As a personal evaluation, Kiwami Miso would be a ☆3. This is my personal opinion, but if you add lemon, you lose the taste of miso, so I think it's best to add it at the end when you want to change the taste. It was delicious.

Matsudaya is a 1-minute walk from the south exit of Shiki Station. In addition to Iekei, there are many kinds such as chicken hot water and Chinese noodles! There are table seats, so it is recommended for groups. There were 4 customers around 20:20 on weekdays. This time I ordered pork bone soy sauce (750 yen) and gyoza (350 yen). You can choose the firmness of the noodles, the strength of the flavor, and the amount of fat. This time I ordered everything as normal. Although it was creamy, it had plenty of fat, and it was filling and delicious! Each gyoza was bigger than I expected and was filling!

Put everything on, extremity chicken, curry ramen, Abura soba, fried rice, dumplings, etc. This is cool! I ordered so much☆ All of them are delicious enough to take the leading role! Ramen is only family lineage, With a rich tonkotsu-based soup, The texture is outstanding. As for beer, there is my favorite Heartland, and it goes great with ramen!
