More Comments at Google MapThis is a store I've been interested in for a while. Since it was a rather late lunch, I was able to enter the restaurant without waiting. Choose soy sauce ramen. It looks like an old-fashioned ramen, but the chewy, medium-thick noodles stand out against the ginger-flavored soup. My first impression was that it was a bit salty, but once I got used to it, I couldn't stop holding the spoon. I would definitely like to try other menu items as well. (PS) The char siu noodles were amazing. (Additional note 2) The char siu salt ramen is also amazing. I think the ginger flavor is more pronounced than soy sauce.
Niigata's 5 best ramen that can be eaten in Komae "Nagaoka ginger soy sauce ramen" It was delicious😋 The visuals are perfect 🍥✨ (Soy sauce ramen + boiled egg + chopped green onion topping)
The shop I was looking for was temporarily closed, so I searched nearby and found a shop that caught my attention, so I went there. It's a ginger shop. This time it's soy sauce ramen, flavored egg, and mini char siu rice bowl. Soup is ginger soy sauce. The soy sauce is a little dark. The noodles are medium thick. I felt that curly noodles would be fine with this soup. The char siu is delicious. It costs an additional 300 yen for char siu noodles, but it is 150 yen if you add meat, so we recommend adding meat. The char siu rice bowl was delicious with green onion salt and sesame oil flavor. Ajitama is a type in which the yolk is completely hardened. I like soft-boiled eggs, so it wasn't my favorite flavored egg. It is a shop that I would like to visit again if I have the opportunity.
