More Comments at Google MapIt seemed like the general was doing it all by himself. I think he had a wife before. The inside of the store is clean. It's easy for women to enter, and there are many solo female customers. I ordered char siu wonton noodles. A refreshing soup with the aroma of dried sardines. Wonton with plenty of meat. The char siu is surprisingly tender despite having almost no fat. The slightly thin and slightly curly noodles are delicious. Although it is not greasy overall, it is satisfying to eat. I couldn't find it on the menu, but if you ask for ``with egg,'' it seems like you can get a boiled egg topping. The negative point is that the inside of the store is hot. On rainy days, the humidity is 200% (perceived).
A ramen shop with a homely feel. Light soy sauce, thin noodles. Homemade wonton topping recommended. A cup that even elderly people can enjoy deliciously.
The most delicious ramen in the world.
