It is conveniently located a few minutes' walk from the south exit of Oizumi Gakuen Station in the direction of Shakujii Koen Station, next to the railroad tracks. I went before 12:00 on Saturday and was able to sit without lining up. When I finished eating and left the restaurant, there was a long line, so I was lucky. I ordered tomato cheese tsukemen for 1,030 yen and rice for 100 yen. The average size and large size were the same price, so I went for the large size. . The noodles are thick and made with whole grain flour, and have a springy and smooth texture that you can enjoy just like the tsukemen noodles. At first, the dipping sauce had the taste and flavor of seafood, but halfway through, the taste of tomato and cheese became stronger, and by the end, it was an interesting dipping sauce that was a mixture of Western and Japanese flavors. At the end, I added rice to the leftover dipping sauce and ate it like a risotto, which was also delicious.

By the way, the name of the store, Banasu, means tomato! Thick, straight noodles made with whole wheat flour are added to a rich seafood-based soup with the gentle sweetness and sourness of tomatoes. More tomatoes than you can imagine! It goes well with powdered cheese, and it's really delicious. While it has an Italian feel, it is a solid tsukemen. I want to have rice dobon in this soup.
