More Comments at Google MapTwo of my must order menu everything I visit!! The pork leg 豚足 full with collagen 😋 and ニラ玉 😍 Staff are energetic and attentive!!! Definitely my favorite ramen shop in Baba area!!
First visit I love pork bone ramen so I went to Fatchan in Takadanobaba at night🚗³₃ The sign outside the store says "smell" lol. Although I was wondering if it would be okay, I was able to enter the store without lining up. I was hungry, so I looked at the menu and ordered chashu noodles and gyoza rice😊 Gyoza and rice in about 5 minutes, ramen bowl in about 8 minutes❣️ Anyway, I took a sip of the soup. It's not too thick, it's light, but it's quite thick 👍 It doesn't smell at all for me 😁 It's very delicious ♥️ The noodles are a little different from the ones you often get in Hakata. It had a smooth texture. This is also good (^_^)ノ I think it was a shame that the chashu was so thin that there was no meaty texture 😥 Hakata's gyoza are bite-sized and easy to eat 😊 The photo is after I've eaten a few lol It's originally 10 servings per person. It's a restaurant that feels like an izakaya where you can also eat ramen at night! There were many people drinking alcohol. General review Anyway, it was delicious ❣️ I will definitely go again 😁
Hakata ramen here is the first bowl, you can not choose how to boil the noodles. But you'll know when you eat it. Noodles are delicious and delicious. The soup is a little smelly and the best. If you like cloud ear fungus, you won't be able to follow it unless it's a special ramen. No toppings either. Please be careful. The knobs are also substantial and delicious. Best of all, shochu is cheap. We recommend the Satsuma Kotobuki with soda. Really good. However, it is cashless only, so please be careful if you are a cash person. If I'm not mistaken, I couldn't use Merpay and Rakuten Pay, but most other electronic payments work!
