I have a complete hangover from drinking too much yesterday and the day before (//∇//) That's why I don't have the energy to go on a field trip, so I'll continue with last week's Let's Eat Local series ^_^ Today, I'm going to visit Aoi-san, a rich chicken soba restaurant located at the west exit of Warabi Station by the Aoi Group, which operates stores in the Kawaguchi/Warabi area. I was the second one to arrive at the store when it opened at 11am, and I couldn't decide what to eat to sober up at the food ticket machine, so I couldn't help but grab the special rich chicken soba recommended by the manager, and when I heard the words of the new specialty, I couldn't help but also grab the marinated egg (≧∀≦) I was supposed to sober up, but now I'm exhausted ^ ^ Shortly after being seated, I was the first to get a bowl of rice. This chicken soba has an indescribably beautiful foam. Take a quick bite from the soup. Even though I say it's rich, it's not that rich and doesn't have a strong taste. It has a salty taste with the chicken stock. The noodles are thin, straight, moderately firm, and are my favorite type of noodles. I can slurp it up. The menma is thick but has a strong flavor, and both the chashu pork and chicken and shoulder roast are moist and delicious. Now, next is the marinated egg ^ ^First, I had it as is, but the salty flavor is good and it's delicious as is. I came to the store after 13:00 on a holiday, but I waited for about 10 minutes outside. The store has about 8 counter seats and 2 table seats. I ordered chicken soba (salt). The thin noodles can be eaten smoothly even in midsummer. The soup has a perfect match of chicken flavor and salt, and you will want to drink it all up. I thought I would like to add rice to the remaining soup. I should have added flavored egg topping.
