Nihonbashi Otako Main Branch is a must-visit restaurant for those looking for an authentic and delicious dining experience. I ordered the one person omakesa set which came with 4 oden items, handpicked by the chef. The taste of the oden was incredible - the broth had a rich umami flavor that perfectly complemented the ingredients, and each bite was incredibly satisfying. In addition to the oden, I also tried their signature tofu over rice which was a real highlight. The tofu was expertly cooked and melted in the mouth, and the sauce perfectly complemented the rice. It was a true delight for the taste buds. I also ordered the 5 skewer set, and while they were a bit salty for my liking, they were still incredibly tasty and well-cooked. Overall, Nihonbashi Otako Main Branch is a top-notch restaurant with fantastic food and a rich history. If you're looking for a unique and delicious dining experience, this restaurant is not to be missed.

It feels like it belongs to a century-old store. Our store is located near Nihonbashi. Usually you need to queue up. I was lucky today and didn't have to wait too long. Visitors are advised to check other people's recommended dishes in advance before coming back. It seems that they didn't see the English menu, they are all in Japanese. It’s best to bring friends from Japan with you. The とうめし is a must. There is a large piece of tofu on top and rice with soup on the bottom.しらたき and Houyangげ are also recommended. The beef noodle is also very good. The soups are all old soups that are particularly delicious. Highly recommended!

The best “Oden” (関東煮) in Tokyo! High recommend the beef one and tomato, you can only have these food here and they are really tasty! Although the price is not cheap (ranges between 200Yen to 400Yen per each food), you should try once at the very least if you are into Oden. You will know what’s the real taste of Oden that the Japanese can offer! Forgot about the Oden in FamilyMart/ Lawson first, try this, you will love it!
