I've been coming to Tokyo since I came to Tokyo (20 years ago), so it's a pity that the store closed. Master, I remember when he told me with a smile, ``I've been doing this for over half a century.'' I think it is one of the few hidden famous restaurants in Gotanno. All of them are delicious, but my personal recommendation is "Cantonese noodles". I don't know how many times I can go until closing, but please do your best in the last spurt!

Chinrai started as a food stall in Asakusa. The first store on the street looks like this (there was a newspaper displayed inside the store). Established 55 years ago. Personally, this was the best among the rare ramen. The refreshing yet rich soup has medium-thick curly noodles, and when you eat it with minimal ingredients, you will nod at the taste. The store has an emotional feel that evokes Showa nostalgia, and the space is truly soothing. This is a famous restaurant that we would like to preserve even when talking about history🍜

Master seems shy, but he is a wonderful person! Apparently it will end in February next year. All are exquisite!
