I've been to Hakata Nagahama Ramen Tanaka Shoten many times before, but this was my first time! Visit us for lunch on weekdays! Perhaps because I made the visuals of the rice bowl so rich, it looked like Tsubame Sanjo back fat ramen lol Well this is it lol As the name of Niku Soba suggests, the pork soba is spread all over the place and looks like Kitakata ramen. The char siu is chewy yet firm and delicious! First of all, even though the soup has so much backfat, it's not overpowering, and has a really salty taste that you'll want to drink forever. The noodles are medium-thick and slightly curly, and while they slip out of the ingredients, they stick to the soup and are delicious! The large bowl of noodles was delicious till the end!
