Next, from the pre-ordered menu, we had grilled milk pigeon which looked surprising but was juicy and tender. It's exquisite. Eel chashu was a new way to eat eel. The sweetness and crispness are the best. The spring rolls were also crispy, juicy and delicious. And shrimp mayonnaise! The sweetness of the mango is really effective and it's so delicious. I really want you to try it. The laksa noodles, which I had researched beforehand and were often said to be delicious, were truly exquisite. A harmony of spiciness and sweetness. This is a must-have item. I can't list them all, but they are all absolutely delicious! I'm impressed. As you can see, the four of us ordered quite a lot, but the price was less than 9,000 yen. The omakase course is also quite reasonable at 6,000 yen. This deliciousness at this price is truly unbeatable. The small bowl was very delicious with elegant seasoning🍜✨You can see how popular it is as it is often reserved for private use during lunch on holidays. When I went there, it was lunch time on a weekday (around 12:30), and most of the seats were already occupied. Although the name of the restaurant says "Chinese," they seem to have a wide variety of menu items, including Singaporean cuisine, and I was impressed by the skill of the chef.
