Amazing fish soup based ramen that’s light and refreshing. The grilled oysters is a must try! Also, the grilled fish that comes with the ramen is boneless, what a bonus!

An unlikely new favorite ramen place for me

I was a little surprised to find that Ayu Ramen, which has its main store in Futako Tamagawa, is in Toranomon Yokocho. It is an open feeling store and it is on the front entrance side. I ordered Ayu Goto Ramen (whole sweetfish) for 1200 yen, Ajitama for 100 yen and Grilled Sweetfish for 200 yen. The curly thin noodles and the soup are salty and light, but very delicious. The sweetfish is crispy and has no bones, so you can eat it all. Excellent compatibility with baked 🍙. I drank all the soup. Because it is a side street, there are plenty of snack menus, and ramen is the best to finish.
