Each seat has a tabletop lemon sour, so it's an irresistible space for lemon sour lovers. When I asked the store clerk for a recommendation, he recommended yakitori, so I ordered an assortment (10 pieces). I'm glad that you can enjoy many kinds of assorted dishes little by little. The amount of salt is just right, and sake goes well. Next, charcoal-grilled Miyazaki chicken thigh. From the moment it is brought to you, you will be enveloped in the fragrant aroma of charcoal. It's soft, and the more you chew, the more flavor spreads in your mouth. The 3-piece fresh fish platter includes tuna, salmon, and octopus. Not too much, not too little, just the right amount. Salmon was especially delicious. The fresh fish carpaccio looks gorgeous! The taste was good and it was a very satisfying dish. The first thing that impressed me was Japanese beef tongue shabu-shabu that I ordered on the recommendation of the store clerk. This is not on the menu on the table, but it is a secret menu that you can order if you tell the clerk. The beef tongue that you quickly dip into the soup stock is sweet and delicious...! It is irresistible for beef tongue lovers. It was so exquisite that I wanted to have another one if I had a little more space in my stomach. In addition, we had fried octopus, french fries, chicken nanban, gyoza, etc., but all of them were full of volume. Especially deep-fried foods have a lot of volume and fill you up. At the end, I had mentaiko ochazuke. Mentaiko is heavy and overwhelming! It was a very cold day, so the warmth of ochazuke permeated my body. It was also impressive that the store manager was very kind and a character that made me want to go see him again. I would like to visit you when I visit Funabashi again.
