Good variety of flavours. Nice balance between spice and umami. Recommend the juices over the smoothies.

Visited for lunch on a weekday. I ordered a one-plate lunch that included medicinal curry (no meat) and two types of meat dishes. In addition, 3 appetizers, drinks, and miso soup are also included. I think it was 1380 yen? The pork seasoned with homemade sweet malt and the yangnyeom chicken were both extremely delicious! It's full of volume, so you might want to order less rice. It's a wonderful shop where you can get lots of things that are good for your body. Repeat confirmed 👍

Fermentation and spice shop! I was curious about the word fermentation, so I visited with a friend. Personally, I found the castelli pork to be very flavorful and the rice went well🍚 It was a luxurious plate where you could enjoy a variety of flavors!
