Although I have no interest in Japanese cuisine, this Sukiyaki restaurant is quite good. Various sauces, very kind staffs with tidy interiors, and affordable price for weekday lunch. Fizzy drinks and ice creams included. Eating alone possible also. Recommended!

We made reservations via Google beforehand. No issues with check in and they sat us down immediately. They have waiters that speak both fluent Mandarin and English. We both got the Special Course, setting us back by around ¥10,000+ in total for 2 pax. They'll ask if you want a portion of everything for the first round. Not thinking much of it, we agreed. Huge mistake. The Japanese Beef was by far the best cut and the most bang for your buck. We'd have been a lot more satisfied if we had more Japanese beef instead of pork and other bits and pieces. Overall, the buffet is still reasonably priced if you're a big eater, though. But take note of the time limit.

The Shabu shabu is amazing! We ordered 5000 yen combo, and Japanese beef tastes perfect. I like the sesame sauce for shabu shabu. Also a very special appreciation to Nodoka for her thoughtful service!
