Fun atmosphere and rare selections of aged beef make this place a must go. Their homemade jerky was awesome too.

I had dinner at a restaurant that I had been interested in for a while. The beef tendon bowl had a relatively light seasoning, and I really liked it. The meat on the hors d'oeuvre platter was also delicious, so I would definitely like to try the steak next time, but I'm also curious about the beef tendon stew, so it's really bothering me.

Visited on Sunday after 11am. There were no customers. The store is stylish and spacious. Chuck wrap 200g comes with salad soup and a large serving of rice for free. Salad and soup are served first. The salad was ordered from a farm in Fukui Prefecture, so it had a strong vegetable flavor. I ordered a large serving of rice for free, and was surprised by the amount. The steak was red with no fat, and went well with the light sauce, making it a satisfying meal. I felt that I liked this place better than the Wagyu beef steak restaurant at the front. The customer service staff were also very polite and happy. There seems to be a lot of menus at night, so I'm sure I'll visit at night next time.
