This is a local izakaya with delicious motsunabe. You can choose from 4 types of soup: white miso, soy sauce, salt, and my style (spicy). The offal is fresh and well prepared and has no odor. White miso with garlic is the most popular, but soy sauce and salt stand out for the freshness and pre-treatment of offal.
