Miracle ✨✨✨ Start with basic soy sauce wonton noodles and top with seasoned egg 🥚 If you ask for the green onions to be removed, I would be happy if you could add menma or seaweed as a topping.🩷 I made it with seaweed 😍 When I arrived, I was impressed by the beauty of the clear soup🥹 Is soy sauce too strong when it includes a bite of soup? That's what I thought, but when I finished eating it, it was a wonderful soup with a mellow sweetness 🍜 The noodles are similar to Japanese soba noodles with sharp edges and go well with the carefully made soup. Although the wontons are small, they are meaty and chewy without being fooled by the mixture ✊ The char siu also tastes good when you bite into it 🐷 I had some delicious ramen 🙏 The store is also very clean and you can concentrate on the ramen! I would like to try some salt next time 🫡

Wontons are definitely more delicious on top. It's on the store's signboard menu. The noodles are straight noodles with a very firm texture. It's satisfying to eat. I like the rich flavor of char siu like the one served at Umenoya, but I discovered a new level of light char siu with a different taste. I really felt the owner's commitment. If you only think about profits, you should be able to attract more customers more efficiently. I was convinced that it was intentionally made at that pace. I learned the spirit of hospitality.
