Really good! 'chinese style', but plenty of traditional Japanese items as well. English on the menus. Specials (and spoken), not so much- but still very friendly.

You can eat and drink highballs and gyoza at discounts on a daily basis. On Fridays, highballs are 210 yen including tax. It goes well with gyoza.
