If you go via the pedestrian bridge on the 2nd floor, you can see the coffee hall, so it's easy to find. I made a reservation in advance and visited on weekdays at 8pm. There are about 100 seats, but it was full. Reservations are required. If you are considering a visit, it is best to call us on the same day. Even around 10pm, there were many customers without reservations. ◇Kyushu Samadhi Course + A La Carte 〇 Assortment of farm-fresh vegetables (homemade pork miso made with miso from Kyushu) Assorted vegetables that look fresh. It is also unusual to pair it with pork miso. You can feel the ingenuity unique to our store. 〇 Seared chicken (Kyushu soy sauce) This beauty is visible just by looking at the surface. ``Mununiku'' and ``Momoniku'' are shining brightly. The plump texture and fat of the offal are delicious. There's no doubt about it. I don't know much about hot pot, but it was so delicious that I was very satisfied after eating it. It was completely eaten with no soup left. ★Additional orders for a la carte★ 〇Special lean horse sashimi The quality of the a la carte dish was so high that I ordered more. Beautiful cut and bright, fresh look. Moist and muscular lean meat with Kyushu soy sauce. 〇Assorted sashimi A friend of mine told me that the sashimi here is delicious! I was skeptical and ordered it. Shiny tuna and wild yellowtail were served. It's much more delicious than eating at the seafood restaurants around here. In a good way, I feel like I've forgotten what a great store it was. It's a very satisfying after-meal feeling. I visited during the cold wave period in late November, so it was extremely busy, but all the staff were very polite and had good customer service. The explanation is also easy to understand. What's more, all of the special dishes, especially the giblet hot pot, are of high quality. That's why it's popular. It will be useful as a pub even in the summer. The offal hot pot course and all-you-can-drink are available starting at 5,600 yen, so if you can guide us around the restaurant as a manager, you will be able to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters.
