More Comments at Google MapI used to go there often when the chicken soba was 500 yen. I recently went in for the first time in a while and was surprised when I ate Kurojin! It was very delicious. When I ate it a long time ago, my impression was that the oil was too thick and the taste wasn't bad, but it gave me a bad after-meal feeling, but I wonder if they've improved it. It's all about the scent. I definitely want to eat there again. Recently, Hashimoto Station has 2-chome ramen for a hearty meal, and Tachibana for a light meal, but I felt that Nibei's Kurojin stands out in terms of overall strength. However, lukewarm water is really bad... I wish they would improve the provision of cold water as soon as possible.
I've covered most of the ramen restaurants in Hashimoto, but this one is by far the best in terms of taste, price, and service. You'll want to come back again and again. While many ramen shops are cramped, this place has a nice space where you can relax. I ate abura soba, tsukemen, and black chickpeas, and all of them were perfect. Let's take a look at the menu.
This is the best abura soba I've ever eaten. The taste seems to have changed a bit recently, and the previous one was better, but it's still by far the best. It's far from my house, so if anyone knows of a better soba place near Tokyo than this one, please let me know.
