It's a secret, but the owner of this restaurant, Oyakata, was the head chef of a certain steak restaurant. We've known each other since the store first opened, and when we go to check out the free time, it's dangerous if we sit in silence as secret menus keep coming up one after another and we end up drinking too much! I went there at noon today, so I went for a quick bottle of Akahoshi Beer and tried the daily menu of pork kakunidon and soy sauce ramen.
I had chashu noodles with soy sauce. It's delicious! I think the char siu is fragrant, grilled, soft and unlike anything I've seen anywhere else. Is it beef? There was a deliciousness that made me think that I also like the menma tips, and the noodles are thin and low in water. I enjoyed the soup so much that I almost drank it all without getting bored. The saltiness is just right! I think I'll repeat it every year for work! The owner is also a nice person. The hole in the table is said to have been made by a beer server in the past. The round trees fit loosely together like a puzzle (lol)
