Delicious food. Great service, as expected of such a high class restaurant. Wonderful scenery. Comfortable atmosphere. English menus are available. Reservation is required. Knowing Japanese is likely a requirement. There are also a smaller shop/dining areas around the restaurant.

Amazing. This place is a hike from Tokyo but it’s worth the trip. The setting is a classic 300 year old building nestled over river with beautiful views. The food is excellent. The course menus to choose from with vegetable dishes, fish and meat that you grill at the table. Excellent spot for a special meal.

My parents favorite restaurants. I bring them here everytime I visit my family. Small portions but A LOT so fresh especially fish dish. You can pick different prices course. Dinner is much more in items and price. But it's worth it. You cannot get this outside of Japan. Don't forget to take a walk to the river. They also provide shaves ice 🍨
