One of the best udon I have had !

Today we are going to Udonya Ichi, a famous udon restaurant located in a residential area about 10 minutes walk from Kotesashi Station on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line. I didn't know it was pronounced "Kazu" and always thought it was "Ichi" (・∇・) Anticipating that there would be a long line when the store opened at 11am, I arrived at the venue at 10:30am from a later date. Get PP number 2 on the recording table❗️ We spent some time at a nearby park and the store opened just before 11am. At that point, there were about 15 people waiting. Once I was seated, I ordered a large serving of cold gravy and a side of kashiwa tempura. Then I waited for a while while drinking a bottle of beer. The rice bowl will arrive soon ^ ^ It's a beautiful noodle. First, take a bite of just the noodle ❗️ It doesn't have the hardness typical of Musashino udon, but has good elasticity and a wheat aroma^ ^ Personally, I would be okay with a little more stiffness, but these noodles are also quite delicious😋 When you dip it in the soup and sip it, the soup becomes delicious and goes well with the noodles. Also, Kashiwaten is very delicious ^ ^ It has a strong seasoning, but when you sprinkle curry salt on it, it becomes indescribably delicious ( ^ω^ ) I'm very satisfied with the large portion of noodles♪ It was delicious ♪ Thank you for the meal 😋

It's in a residential area, and the parking lot in front of the store can't park so many cars, so if you're going to get together, it's essential to ride together! When it's crowded, write your name at the reception and park on the side of the park and wait! I went with three friends, so I had meat soup udon, chilled udon, kashiwaten crunchy, Order a few and share with everyone! Even though it was chewy, it went down well and was delicious ✌️
