More Comments at Google MapToday, I would like to introduce you to a restaurant with a serious and friendly owner! Arrived at the Great Wall Hotel at 18:00 in the evening when it was drizzling! The first customer is a total of 4 people, a parent and child and a regular customer! When you enter the store, you will be greeted by the energetic "Nihao" at the opening! The owner of the voice is a Chinese store owner who is energetic and a hard worker with a gentle smile that leaves a good impression! If you come to this Great Wall Hotel, you must try the restaurant's specialty, extra-large Kata Yakisoba! So, this time, I will eat extra-large fried noodles! I showed the owner a picture of the extra-large yakisoba that was posted in the store, and after a moment's hesitation, I ordered the extra-large (laughs). The shop has only table seats, and you will feel a sense of familiarity with the familiar structure like a Chinese town! Also, local regulars who fell in love with the taste of the restaurant and the owner's personality often come to eat here. After observing the surroundings and waiting for about 5 minutes, the oversized yakisoba appeared with a sizzling sound! Three servings while being noticed by regulars? 4 servings? I would like to challenge the possible yakisoba! A bite of ankake while being a little embarrassed! A healthy vegetable-centered ankake that combines the deliciousness of Chinese cabbage, pork, and oyster sauce with piping hot ankake! The noodles are also medium-thick and crispy, and if you let them absorb the bean paste and eat the slightly softened parts, you can enjoy both the chewy and crunchy parts of the noodles at the same time! The sweetness comes from the vegetables, so it's a little sweet, so we recommend adding chili oil or vinegar to your liking! As a matter of course, I sprinkle vinegar and chili oil on top of it to add the mild sourness and the spiciness of the chili oil and keep eating! I think I ate quite a bit, but I can't seem to lose weight (laughs). I've eaten about two-thirds of the food before I'm full, and the finish is just around the corner! If you endure the weight of your belly and enjoy it until the very end, you're done! Overall, it tends to be a little overpowering, but considering the amount, it can't be helped! However, the owner's generosity and personality shined with 5 stars! A pleasant customer service while eating! Personality that keeps smiling while doing one surgery! Thanks to you, I was able to eat dinner comfortably! Don't show off, don't be arrogant, don't be proud! The shopkeeper who has the spirit of a true chef and a merchant! Because of his personality, the Chinese shopkeeper who blends into the local for the first time! The food made by the shopkeeper had a taste like a sunshine wrapped in kindness! I hope you will continue to put down roots at Machida Kanemori and say "Nihao" to your customers! Next time I visit, I want to eat a delicious set meal! Everyone, please try the specialty Kata Yakisoba at Chojohanten in Machida Kanamori! If you're a Chinese, let's eat a large serving and if you're a woman, eat a special serving and be full of energy (laughs).
A town Chinese restaurant run by the owner alone. During busy lunch hours, you may need to be prepared to wait a bit. However, the fried rice here is delicious. It tastes just right. This is a store I would like to visit again.
Visited after 11:30 on weekdays. There are three restaurants in one building: a ramen restaurant, a Chinese restaurant, and a Taiwanese restaurant, and for a moment you wonder which one it is. I'm confused. I found a sign for the extra-large fried noodles I was looking for at the store in the middle and entered the store. No previous customers. There are many menu signs inside the store, and I'm also curious about the lunch set. The owner came out from the kitchen in the back, so I ordered extra-large yakisoba. Then, you will be asked, "Do you want a large portion?" We have no choice but to take on the extra-large portion... The extra-large visuals are quite destructive. I can't help but cry out. The noodles may be big, but there's also plenty of ankake. When you bring it to your mouth, the thick noodles are crispy. What I also liked was that the toppings in the ankake were large and chewy. The bamboo shoots, which usually play a supporting role, were especially delicious. Kata Yakisoba has a space inside that is supported by the noodles, so although I managed to eat it all, my chopsticks felt a little heavy towards the end. The price of the large size is the same as the regular size. Even though it's called a normal portion, it's extremely large. Thank you for the meal.
