More Comments at Google MapWhile waiting for our train to arrive, we went into this soba shop to have lunch. We ordered duck noodles . Tender, soft shredded duck leg meat. Rich tasty broth ,with Japanese honey wort & yuzu peel nto which the soba was submerged. This make the soba real soft and elastic. When the shredded green onions is added to the broth makes the soba real awesome.
I went there just as the store opened at 11:30, and there were already customers in the store, so I was barely able to get a seat. It quickly filled up and there was a line outside. I ate pear soba that I had seen on TV several times. It seems that pear skin is kneaded into the soba noodles. It's actually turned into jelly. First, I ate just nashi soba. Next, I ate it with pear soba and jelly. Everyone was free to enjoy it in their own way, such as adding the jelly to the soup or eating it with pear soba and the soup. I liked eating it best with soba and jelly. This was the way I enjoyed the pear flavor the most. Unfortunately, the flavor of the soup was so strong that you couldn't really taste the pear flavor. I heard that they also serve soba with yuzu or lemon depending on the season, so I wanted to go there again!
I've been curious about it for a long time, but I finally got to go ☺️ It was my first time to eat lemon flavored soba ٩( 'ω' )و It's close to my house, so I'll be using it regularly and will continue to use it in the future 🙇 Next time I’m going to make a reservation for whelk shellfish sashimi ☺️
