More Comments at Google Map[You can enjoy soba noodles that are almost freshly made] A restaurant where you can enjoy delicious food, drink sake, and finish off your meal with soba noodles. (Due to the current trend, we mainly offer non-alcoholic drinks, but...) So, all the dishes have a strong flavor overall. Pickled Chinese cabbage is quite salty. The soup is also thicker, Edokko style (you don't have to dip it all the way through, just dip it a little before eating). *Staff will always explain when serving soba. I think it depends on the time of day, but I felt that the customer service was quite polite. Due to the location, there are a lot of young female part-time workers, but everyone worked hard and gave me a good feeling with their enthusiastic responses. At lunchtime, cold drinks and soba soup are available at the drink bar corner, so you can pick up as much as you like. (The iced soba tea here was really delicious. I ended up drinking three cups without thinking.) It may be different during peak hours such as lunch time, but you may have to wait a long time just before lunchtime ends. After all, the soba noodles are made after receiving the order. If you order takeout just before 3:00 pm, such as right before mid-term break, it will take 2 to 30 minutes. Normally, at a proper soba restaurant, it takes some time from when you order until the food is served, so you drink alcohol while you wait. If you don't want to spend a lot of time, I think it would be better to go to a nearby chain restaurant like Fuji Soba.
Visit us on Monday night around 6:45pm. It was empty, so I ordered ``Seiro Soba (850 yen + additional Japanese yam grated yam 390 yen)'' in 15 minutes, and 20 minutes later, ``Tempura Assortment (950 yen)'' and ``Sobayu'' were brought to my seat. I did. The wild yam was delicious. The tempura, which I forgot to take a picture of, was fried crispy and was great. Personally, I recommend "Hosouchi" for the soba and "Kamo Nanban" for the two-flavored soba soup (*´꒳`*)
It was delicious and I went there several times. Drinks at the bar are free until 2pm.
