I had the Sanshou Shouyu Ramen (山椒醤油ラーメン) and was not disappointed! Thos Shouyu ramen also had fishy notes from the Mackerel and Bonito flakes, also a dash of pepper oil (that makes it have green highlights?) The broth was tasty and the noodles were firm and delicious!!!

This ramen store offers a unique taste of ramen. A ramen with pineapples. So if you love pineapples and ramen, you really must try this. Absolutely delicious. 😋😋🍜 highly recommended.
