More Comments at Google MapArrived at the store around 7pm. I had always wanted to go there, but time didn't work out so I finally got around to eating Kosa. At first glance, the inside of the restaurant looks old and dirty, but if you look closely, the chairs, tables, and kitchen are all very clean. I ordered B (1 fried shrimp, 2 grilled fillets, 2 crab cream croquettes) of the okonomiyaki set meal (1,580 yen). After receiving an order, he prepares the ingredients, fries, and grills them, wiping his knives and washing his hands between each task, all with a smooth and brilliant technique. It was interesting to see how the fillet and crab cream croquettes were fried in a small frying pan with a small amount of oil, then put the whole frying pan into the oven, similar to the process used in French cooking. The set meal was served in less than 10 minutes with almost no wait, and I started with miso soup. The miso soup was made with green onions and diced tofu, and when I drank it before the main course, it was so delicious that I was pleasantly surprised. The fillet was very soft and easy to bite into without getting stuck in the mouth, and I don't know if it was because of the frying process or the oven, but the meat had a lot of moisture trapped in it and wasn't dry at all, so it was delicious even without putting anything on it. This trapped moisture in the meat may be considered harsh by some people, but I really like it, and I would like you to be conscious of it when you enjoy it. Crab cream croquettes are dense and viscous, so be careful not to get burned. It's a rich crab cream croquette without any hollow holes, so it goes really well with rice. The fried shrimp had a meaty texture that made my teeth feel good, and the deep flavor of the shrimp was delicious, right down to the tail. It was served with lemon, which went well with each fried dish, and I personally like to finish off fried foods with lemon, so I was very happy. I saw the person in front of me eating roast pork cutlet and the person after me had grilled ginger, and I was really drawn to it, so I'm definitely going back.
It is located in a multi-tenant building in front of Ichigao Station, but despite its inconspicuousness, customers keep coming to the store after 11:30. This restaurant mainly serves pork cutlets, but this time I chose the daily lunch special. Thursday is a set meal of hamburger and fried egg. The hamburger is bale-shaped, soft and juicy, and the fried egg is just right. It came with rice, miso soup, and yellow pickles, and I felt a sense of security just like eating at home. It's a very ordinary menu, but it was carefully made and it was very delicious. There is a lot of rice. If you are worried about whether you can eat it all, ask if you can reduce it. Next time, I would like to eat kushikatsu on Mondays and crab cream croquettes on Wednesdays. Repeat is confirmed!
I had a garlic grilled meat set for lunch. I want to eat again! It tasted like I thought, and it was delicious (^-^)v
