On a cheat day, try the miso-flavored pork chashu noodles with spinach, and the free half rice for lunch. This time I also added gyoza for the first time in a while. I've been coming here for years, ever since it opened, and I'm still wondering why I haven't written a review. This year, I didn't go for a while due to the intense heat, but it was finally starting to cool down, so I jumped in right after it opened. I've had various miso ramen including "Sumi○", but for me, "Bokkemon" is the best. The soup was a bit thick, the noodles I asked for were firm, the chashu pork fell apart, the fragrant vegetables bursting into flames as they were stir-fried, and the extra garlic was irresistible. The gyoza also has a thin skin and plenty of bean paste, so you can feel the crunch of the vegetables, which makes me want to drink beer from noon (lol). The flavored egg is also creamy and delicious, but it's best to leave it alone until you've finished eating the noodles, and then add the rice at the end, then mash it and mix it together to make it ojiya-style. My style is to add some pepper and some spice to it. Soy sauce and salt are also delicious, but I end up ordering miso instead. There is also a limited time menu, and the shrimp miso ramen I had before was delicious, so I would like to try it again. For the rice, instead of cooking it in a big commercial pot that you often see at chain restaurants, where the rice ends up turning yellow and crunchy at the end, we use three home-use jars in rotation, so the rice is always delicious. It is provided. Even when I was afraid to go to the store during the first year of the coronavirus, my child really wanted to eat, so I asked her to take out the soup, noodles, and toppings. He even let me take pictures of him making it with his smartphone. You can always have the best time with the smooth operation of the taciturn host, the friendly proprietress, the fluidly supportive male staff, and the attentive elderly female staff. By the way, even now that the coronavirus has reached Category 5, everyone is still wearing masks, so you can enjoy your meal with peace of mind. The only drawback was the Japanese-style toilet, but it seems like they've recently changed to a Western-style toilet, so there's nothing to complain about anymore (lol). I feel really lucky to have a store like this in my neighborhood. I sincerely hope that we can continue to do so. Thank you very much for the best ramen today.
It's a little hard to find on the first floor of a building right next to the station, but the inside of the store was beautiful. I ate green onion miso char siu noodles. Stir-fried vegetables quickly, it's piping hot, and the miso has a strong punch. The noodles are also a little thick, and you can choose the type and firmness that will be involved in the soup. Thank you for the free topping fried garlic chips and free rice! The dumplings were handmade, light and easy to eat. Of course it was delicious~ I want to go to eat limited this time ~
