On the first day of consecutive holidays in July, it was my embarrassing birthday, where would you like to go for lunch? I asked for counter tempura 🍤 and made a reservation at this restaurant. I think that the inside of the store can accommodate about 15 people at the counter main. The lighting is dim, and the atmosphere is more like a stylish bar than an old-fashioned tempura restaurant. I asked about 15 minutes earlier than the reservation time, but I was able to prepare a seat immediately. Reservations are required on Saturdays and Sundays. On the way, there were a few people who were full and went home. The course is the upper tempura course. Starting with a salad, 10 kinds of tempura, and finally a bowl of rice that you can choose. Shrimp, corn, eggplant, squid, yam, shiitake mushrooms, scallops, asparagus, and then kisses and conger eels that I ate before taking pictures. For someone like me, who is not used to it, I am very happy because they tell me the recommendation of seaweed salt, rock salt, and tempura sauce one by one. Personally, the squid and conger eel were the best! Conger pike is so soft and fluffy that you would be surprised by the squid🥰 The last bowl is Tencha for me and Tendon for my partner. I couldn't imagine what Tenbara would be like, so I couldn't eat it this time, but it seems to be mixed rice and many people recommend it. I definitely want to try it next time. Close to the station, this is a valuable shop where you can enjoy counter tempura at your fingertips. Birthday lunch was great

We had a course of 10 kinds of tempura. Each one is carefully fried, and the batter is very light and not heavy at all. You can feel the umami and sweetness of the seafood and vegetables, and the more you chew, the more the flavor of the batter spreads. The three appetizers in the course were carefully prepared and were very delicious. You can choose from 4 types of rice to finish, and I chose Tendon, but there was a lot of shrimp in it. The sauce was moderately sweet and very easy to eat as a closing. After the course, I was quite full, but I didn't feel any heavy stomach or heartburn, so I was very satisfied. The interior of the store is clean, chic and very calm. I don't often make tempura at home, so I definitely want to use it again.

Each piece of tempura is freshly fried and served in order, and the shrimp, corn, eggplant, maitake mushrooms, squid, and green peppers are all delicious! ! Even the grated radish in the tempura sauce was made with special care and was so delicious that I could have eaten just the grated radish! You can refill as much rice as you want, so it's also recommended for men who want to eat a hearty meal.
