Mitaka, Tokyo, Japan｜Chukameisai Gyoza Saikan

No English but the menu has pictures and the waitress was good-natured as we struggled to communicate through a phrasebook and some very rudimentary Japanese. In the end we got exactly what we wanted. The Tantanmen in particular was fantastic, peanut based broth and beautiful plump noodles.

Good old Chinese style Japanese cuisine where local family frequently visits.
