Musashino udon lovers will love it◎ The salted plum soup that has just the right amount of meat juice goes well with it. It's also nice to have shichimi and chili oil on the table. In the end, it was spicy and delicious. Next time I will have curry udon! It's tough due to the coronavirus pandemic, but please do your best! !

Eat meat juice Ichiya special (double meat, wakame, green onion) (1,320 yen). I'm in the way because I want to eat Musashino udon. Ordered the most popular gravy ichiya special. Almost full when I visit at about the same time as the store opens on Sunday. When listening to other people's orders, they say "medium" and "special". I doubled the meat, so I didn't know how to adjust it, so I ordered a normal serving. Plenty of pork belly in the hot and plentiful gravy. There are also a lot of green onions in it. The soup is slightly sweet, but it is light enough not to interfere with the taste of the noodles. Plenty of seaweed and green onions on a separate plate. Is udon brown in color? gray? Whole grain? It's firm and a little hard, and even if you eat it alone, you can still taste the wheat and it's delicious! At least, I regret that I should have made it to Nakamori. I ran out of noodles in no time. Musashino udon is "mainly noodles". I realized that Musashino udon is about tasting the udon noodles themselves.
