More Comments at Google MapIn another post, I wrote about the store owner's bad mouth and the arguing between the store clerks, but when I went there, she was a pleasant person ♪ I wonder if couples can complain because they are family? In a way, it's natural. It's a family run business, and my son helped me with the shopping during the holidays, so I had a good feeling about it. Son, you are great! I ordered fried rice and 5 dumplings. Seaweed soup and almond tofu are included for 1060 yen. Cold is self-service. The dumplings have a garlic scent, and the skin is chewy and has a rich texture. Looking at the cross section, I saw delicious ingredients. It's moderately crunchy, and compared to the gyoza I ate the other day at the Kameido gyoza head office, the taste is not inferior, and in some ways it's even better in terms of texture and aroma. However, Kameido dumplings have a volume, texture and flavor that can be eaten casually like a snack, so I think it's a little different to compare them. But for a family-run populist Chinese restaurant, the dumplings are outstanding. When I scooped the fried rice with the lotus root, it suddenly spilled out a little. There is really no stickiness. The taste is orthodox. Really orthodox, in a good way. This is the normal fried rice of a popular Chinese restaurant in Japan. But it's really good, this. The ingredients are also orthodox. But before I knew it, I ate most of it. There is a fried rice specialty store called Fried Rice King in Shimbashi, and it's tough compared to there, but if you're in the neighborhood, you'll want to be a regular customer. This is another outstanding fried rice for a family-owned Chinese restaurant. The seaweed soup was delicious at the first bite, but when I had it again after finishing the dumplings and fried rice, I felt it was thin. that? I thought, but I wonder if it's going to be after finishing the meal. But I'm used to salt, so maybe it's good to season. Almond tofu is.. it's normal. However, I was happy that seaweed soup and apricot tofu came with it. Others have asked for noodles and Takana fried rice, which looks delicious. Noodles seem to be quite voluminous. The store does not have a toilet, but it is clean. I will come here again I have added it to my favourites.
Royal taste. Miso ramen, soy sauce ramen, and fried rice all make my heart feel relieved. The owner has a warm personality, and this is a shop where you can satisfy both your stomach and your heart.
I received a large bowl of Chinese Tsukemen. The noodles are medium-thin and traditional tsukemen. Even though it was a large portion, the dipping sauce didn't get diluted and was delicious till the end.
