Entered the store before 12:00 on weekdays. The store has 6 seats at the counter. I ordered the second generation mackerel noodles and dunk rice. Mackerel ramen with neither soy sauce nor pork bones. The refreshing yet rich soup is simply delicious. I added the dunk rice to the rest of the soup to make it porridge style, but ended up drinking the entire soup.

The atmosphere is very homey, and the owner's friendliness makes for a very relaxing meal. The taste of mackerel soba is also gentle, and it is a dish where you can feel the flavor of mackerel as deeply as when you eat delicious mackerel. It has no smell and is so delicious that you can drink the entire soup. Oh, but don't forget to add some Dunk Rice before you finish drinking it. I add rice covered in green seaweed to the leftover soup and eat it like an ojiya, which is also delicious. The aroma of the seaside comes out from the seaweed, bringing out the deliciousness of the mackerel. I wish I had eaten a large bowl of Ojiya from the beginning instead of ramen. I also like aburagitogito ramen, but lately, perhaps due to age, I've started to like this type of ramen more. This is a store that I have returned to many times.

I only asked about the prior information as a mackerel-based ramen shop. I wonder if the proprietress is doing it alone? I thought, and when I looked into it later, it seems that the wife took over the husband's dream. It seemed to me that there was a sad past in past articles or something. but! The shop is decorated with a very pleasant atmosphere! The gentle feeling of the proprietress! And mackerel ramen I have never eaten mackerel ramen, but it is very delicious! And the final dunk rice! Even though I was very full, I didn't feel like I was overeating! It was really delicious! I'm sure that the heart that thinks of her husband must have created such a wonderful shop! I am satisfied with everything! I definitely want to go when I'm nearby!
