My favourite ramen restaurant in the area. Rich soup, types of char siu: shoulder and belly. The shoulder char siu is pink. Both are tender, fatty and flavourful. The noodle cross section is square so the mouth feel is fantastic. The onsen egg tastes rich and the egg yolk is runny, not soft boil. The bamboo shoots texture is great unlike the factory-made soggy ones. All these make a perfect bowl of ramen. Highly recommended!

The yusuke tonkotsu is very thick, you can choose the thickness of the noodles and there is no filling! The grilled pork is also very delicious 😋

Great experience. The ramen with fish soup is beyond words
