Today I visited Shin-Yokohama Cubic Plaza. Shin-Yokohama is close to my parents' house, and it's the Shinkansen terminal, so I use it often. Cubic Plaza is convenient as it is directly connected to the station. On the 10th floor is Torikokuni Shin-Yokohama Cubic Plaza, a restaurant that serves delicious yakitori, innovative creative dishes, and a variety of Japanese sake! ! (*´ω`*ノノノ゚゚゚゚゚゚゚★ At the entrance, bamboo is lined up with the imposing name of ``Torikokuni.'' At first glance, the interior looks like any other izakaya, but there are rows of bottles of ``Tamanohikari'' on display. When I looked into it, I learned that it is famous as a famous sake from Fushimi, Kyoto, and that they have collaborated with Tamanohikari Sake Brewery to develop an alcoholic beverage called ``Torikokuni''. The staff are smiling and the atmosphere inside the store is bright, and you'll be impressed as soon as you walk in! ! The umeboshi is said to be satisfying to eat. ``Appetizer'' → Takigawa tofu and salmon roe with sesame dressing. "13 Types of Mitsukuni Salad" (690 yen) → Salad using Kamakura vegetables and hydroponically grown vegetables. Served with homemade grated vegetable dressing. “Squid Somen Yukhoe” (690 yen) → Delicious plump squid, rich egg, and rich sauce! "Assortment of 5 pieces" (780 yen) → From the left: "Momoyaki, Bonjiri, Skin, Seseri, Liver". Each dish was characterized by the juwapuri feeling of the grilled momo, the firmness of the shank, the unique texture of the skin, the deep flavor of the seseri, and the depth of the liver, and all of them were delicious. "Assortment of 5 rare parts" (980 yen) → From the left: "Hatatsuri, Sled, Peach head, Achilles, Furisode". That's understandable, and even though this was my experience at the Shin-Yokohama store, there was nothing to be dissatisfied with. The yakitori is good, the drinks are good, the staff is smiling, and the prices are quite reasonable. Moreover, since it goes up to the 10th floor from the station, it seems like it's a hideaway, and it's relatively easy to get a seat. When you want delicious yakitori and sake in Shin-Yokohama, don't hesitate to go to Torikokuni Shin-Yokohama Cubic Plaza branch. This is a store I can recommend! ! Try it!

The first time I went to the store was just before closing time. It was very comfortable and the appetizer and meals were very delicious. The skewered meat, Kujo green onions, and chicken liver steak were all fresh and really delicious, and the wasabi attached to the kamaboko was especially impressive with a new texture. I really love this store. The store clerk is also friendly and pleasant. It's always full, so reservations are recommended!

Lately, I've only been eating cheap yakitori, It’s been a long time since I had such luxurious yakitori! ! But it was lunch, and it was reasonably priced. It was delicious. The interior of the store is Japanese, but has a modern feel, using bamboo and wood. The interior is so nice that you can spend a while looking at it (lol) It's hard to find a restaurant with such a nice atmosphere, whether it's with someone you don't seem to have a lot of conversation with, or just to buy time (lol), but this place is great! ! !
