2023.09 updated I don't go there often because it's a little far away, but it has become one of my favorite stores. The price seems to have gone up a little, but I think it's still a reasonable price in this modern age. I will continue to visit from time to time. -------------------------------------------------- ------------------- I've known about their existence for a while, but I suddenly felt like eating some simple ramen so I decided to visit. It was after 9pm on a weekday, but the restaurant was full and we had to wait outside for a while, but during that time, two groups of three gave up and went home because the place was full. Soon a seat became available and I entered the store. I looked at the menu and ordered soy sauce ramen for 600 yen and regular size gyoza for 420 yen. When ordering ramen, you will be asked about the hardness of the noodles. I request a firmer one because I like it harder. In this day and age, 600 yen for soy sauce ramen is amazing! The restaurant has an open kitchen that can be seen from the customer seats. Maybe that's why I'm so meticulous from the start (maybe it's me), but it's neatly organized. While I was looking around, the soy sauce ramen and gyoza were ready. I was surprised at how fast the food was, considering how crowded it was, and the price of the ramen. The store is still crowded, but the two female hall staff are handling the orders efficiently and I don't see any customers getting irritated while waiting for their orders. First, let's start with the soy sauce ramen soup. It doesn't have a salty taste, but a gentle taste with a hint of sweetness. This is my favorite soup. Next, the noodles are thin and straight, with a firm waist and a bit of a lumpy texture, which is also my favorite type of noodles. The ingredients are menma, chashu, green onions, and seaweed. Furthermore, with Naruto (I'm glad that most restaurants don't list it these days) and a half of an ajitama (?), I'm worried that the cost is okay, but it's refreshing and flavorful, strangely not overwhelming, and I can eat as many as I want. It's an unlikely taste that makes you feel like you're going to get caught (but it's actually impossible). As the gyoza has many highly rated reviews, I wanted to try this kind of gyoza! That taste. The size is also about 1.5 times the normal size, making it a great value for money. The content betrayed my expectations in a very good way, and I felt it all at once. This means that the seats will be full. Other than the taste and the restaurant, the other advantage is the combination of the food being served extremely quickly by the kind owner and the hall staff who prepare the food without any interruptions. In addition, these elements create a gentle atmosphere inside the restaurant, creating an environment where you can enjoy a relaxing meal. At the end, one of the hall staff was not wearing a mask, so it seems that wearing a mask is not required. On the other hand, if you are concerned about this, I think it would be better to refrain from visiting the store in the first place to avoid unnecessary trouble. For the first time in a while, I found a good restaurant that I can go to on a regular basis. There were many set meals, so I would like to order them next time.
First visit to the store after moving. I came here because I wanted to eat ramen. Ordered soy sauce ramen and miso ramen. I'm very happy to be able to choose the hardness of the noodles. The soy sauce ramen was even better with thinner noodles. I would like to try the gyoza that other customers ordered next time, so I will come back again soon. postscript 2023,9,13 20:00 I rang the doorbell several times, but there was no response. It's too late to call and find out. What are you setting it up for? Customers will come in even while I'm promoting it.
