Classic old-school ramen! Very clean. No English menu but relatively easy to order. Open late!!!

Spicy meat miso ramen, lots of vegetables, strong flavor, large serving of noodles Even though the building is older, the inside of the store is kept extremely clean, which I think is quite amazing. Spicy miso ramen was good I forgot to take a picture of the half-fried rice, but the fried rice is also delicious 😋 Recommended for those who like old-fashioned taste

~Famous miso tanmen shop along Kanpachi~ I got hungry while running along Kanpachi, so I decided to go to a famous restaurant I saw on TV a while ago. It was a little crowded as it was just before 12pm, but I was lucky to be able to get in without lining up. When the aunt asked me about the hardness of the noodles and the amount of oil, I thought it was similar to my family's system, but from beginning to end I was drawn to the aunt's mastery of stir-frying vegetables in a wok. The rice bowl is ready in about 7 minutes, and the chewy noodles go well with the rich miso-flavored soup. What's especially noteworthy is that the stir-fried bean sprouts on top are cooked through, but the crunch is exquisite and addictive. It was a trinity of flavors, with the light soup made from stir-fried bean sprouts and the chewy noodles. This is a store I'd like to stop by on my drive again.
