I stopped by for a late dinner 😅 I thought I was pretty full, but for dessert I had a warm version of Taiwanese castella steamed in a bamboo steamer. It has a moist and chewy texture that is different from chiffon, and has a fine texture that is different from steamed bread, and is soaked in plenty of honey to make it melt 😂 It might be good to go eat only this 😁
