Great potato salad and grilled fish!! Desserts are so delicious!! Free green tea, tried many times, they never dissappointed me. The staff is very helpful, they have English menu.

Most eating places around here close between meals but not at this Ootoya. Large menus with pictures are helpful. Food is amazing for this franchise restaurant.
