☆Order Since it is shipped frozen, it does not come with vegetables, but in addition to offal and soup, the set includes champon noodles and hawk claws to finish it off♪ What I received was ・Hakata Motsunabe Waraku (1-2 servings) Soy sauce flavor with Champon noodles 4,500 yen (free shipping) Offal hot pot in a beautiful presentation box! Looks good as a gift (*´艸`) Let it thaw naturally for about half a day and then start cooking♪ It's easy because you just put the soup and ingredients in a pot and bring it to a simmer (*´ω`*) There are instructions on how to make it, but since I like whole vegetables, I simmered the cabbage first and added the giblets later. By doing this, the vegetables are exhausted and the offal is tender and chee-like. It's lighter in a way than the Ooyama offal hotpot I had before! Oyama's giblet hot pot was quite oily and had a lot of garlic, but this one is more elegant and can be eaten with peace of mind (lol) It's never unsatisfactory and the taste of the offal is strong ♡ Even the champon noodles at the end were delicious♪ The leftover soup was even more delicious the next day with udon (*´艸`) Thank you for the meal!

I was disturbed for the first time after hearing word-of-mouth communication. I had the recommended miso motsu nabe, and I was impressed with the plump motsu in the thick, thick soup! Also, the deep-fried burdock was surprisingly soft and delicious. I ate so much that I didn't want to miss the sake and the closing, so it was hard to go home. I was able to talk with the shop staff and have a great time. We will go again!

When I went to Fukuoka before, I went to a motsunabe restaurant called Yamanaka. The motsu nabe restaurant there was really delicious, and when I was looking to see if I could eat there in Tokyo, I came across this restaurant after hearing that the manager of Yamanachu had opened a restaurant in Tokyo! It truly tasted like Yamachu! I heard that the motsu is ordered from Fukuoka. In addition to motsunabe, there are deep-fried burdock and chicken wings with mentaiko inside. Everything was exquisite! By the way, we recommend the miso flavored motsunabe! Repeat confirmed/
