KOGANEYA is located in Midtown B1. There were three groups of customers who visited around 5pm on weekdays. Both takeout and eat-in options are available. In the case of eat-in, there was a deferred payment system. This time I ordered the motsu nabe rice set (1080 yen). You can choose from three flavors. The photo is of miso. It was a delicious motsu nabe with a sweet seasoning!

[Tokyo Midtown Lunch] "Motsunabe, Hitorijime." This catchphrase is unbearable. During your lunch break between work, you can eat a full-fledged motsunabe by yourself for just 1,000 yen. The offal hot pot at noon is a bit heavy (laughs), but it's not inferior to the real Fukuoka, so it's highly recommended. Takana and mentaiko are also nice. Salted lemon motsunabe may not be refreshing. I would like to try mizutaki as well. One problem is that eating this makes me want to go to Fukuoka.

A new offal hotpot and mizutaki restaurant opened in Midtown B1. I don't know if it's okay to call it a hot pot or not. But I'm a little happy with the hotpot lunch that I can eat quickly in a cup. The menu includes motsu nabe (mizutaki) with three types of rich soup: soy sauce, miso, and spicy. You can choose from rice sets or champon noodles. It seems that most of the items are take-out items such as bento boxes, but I ate them inside. This hot pot feels like fast food as it is served in just a few minutes. You can eat it quickly as it doesn't require boiling time. The two of us ate mizutaki and spicy motsu nabe. Mizutaki has a delicious soup similar to delicious chicken paitan ramen. It's just chicken soup, so adding the salt that comes with it is just right. Umakara motsu nabe also has an appetizing taste with the spiciness mixed in with the sweetness of the miso. I didn't order rice, but it would go well with it. It seems to be a limited-time store, but it seems like it will be popular for its new way of eating hot pot. Frozen motsuya soup was also sold in stores so that you could enjoy it at home. The season when it gets cold. This is a recommended restaurant when you want soup.
