One of my very rare full 5 star review. This place is amazing and worth far above the score they have here. It's a small place with a premium izakaya feeling, really nice and pleasant staff, great food (the best horse sashimi I have ever had for example) and great drinks! As with every place it's always more fun if you don't come alone. This place however has some great staff who love talking to you and welcome you as family if you want and they have time to. Me and my wife, we travel a lot and try to taste as many things as we possibly can on all of our travels and had a plan to only eat at one place once, that plan has worked with most of the great places in Hamamatsucho but this izakaya is just too good to pass up on. We have been to Japan 3 times now during the past 10 years and as such we have some pretty good experience with the local attitude, what to expect and the quality of the foods served. This place is actually really really nice. This is going to be one of those places we will remember fondly for the coming years untill we can come back. Absolutely recommend!

They were so nice & made me a small platter as I was only one person. It was also open late and I went here on my last night in Japan. Overall would recommend. They even poured me more water before I left - so considerate! They were great!

Interesting experience. A very local Izakaya with very polite & funny waiter！ I’d highly recommend their Squid dish and fried rice was very good too. Squid they are serving raw (with wasabi) and once you finish it => They will use it to fry it & make as “squid tempura” served with sauce, I’ve never had it this way and found it quite interesting. It’s a small place, so you’d probably want to come early, as it fills quite fast with locals after 6pm.
