If you have ever tried Killer Noodle in LA, you might wonder what authentic Japanese restaurants tan tan men taste like. Well Gold Scorpion serves just that! 🍜 The place is small, but then again, this is the case with most restaurants in Tokyo! 🗼Anyways, for the food orders, you would do it from the self-service kiosk (I noticed that a lot of ramen restaurants in Tokyo do this). I enjoyed my bowl of tan tan men because the noodles were slightly chewy, seasoning was perfect, not too thick, not too bland either! The portion was great! The only thing I wish they added was a little more meat because it was all noodles. Nevertheless, this was an enjoyable meal! 👍🏼 Overall, I would recommend this restaurant to those of you visiting the Tokyo Tower, especially if you arrive with an empty stomach! 💯 Tips: Unless my memory fails me, eating at restaurants that have self-service kiosks would limit you to cash payments only. So, you should always keep some cash at hand.

Menu in Japanese, use google translate for the toppings. I took the maze soba (number 3) with egg and rice. Great! Mix it with some spicy sauce and enjoy the taste. Totally recommend it!

The ramen here is awesome. I have been in Japan for more than a decade, and I am big fan of ramen. This place is certainly my top ramenya.
